Refund Policy

Payments for delivered work are final, no refunds after final delivery.

1-Week Retention

Source and working files retained for 1 week after delivery by default.

Archive Retrieval

Retrieval after the retention period may incur a fee; availability not guaranteed.

Revisions

Revisions are as stated in your proposal; additional work is billed separately.

Payments & Refunds

Invoices set payment schedules. Final delivery marks the point after which payments are non-refundable. Prior to delivery, partial refunds may be considered at our discretion and are adjusted for work completed.

File Retention

We store project source files for 1 week after final delivery. If you need longer retention, request archival storage in writing before delivery, additional fees may apply.

Intellectual Property

Arpan Design retains ownership of preliminary concepts. On full payment, you are granted the usage rights described in your project agreement. Portfolio use is allowed unless confidentiality is purchased separately.

Liability & Warranties

We deliver services professionally. Services are provided "as-is" except where expressly warranted. Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for that project; we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach if not cured in a reasonable time. You will pay for work performed through the termination date.

Governing Law

These TOS are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Arpan Design operates. Disputes will be handled by those courts unless agreed otherwise in writing.
